Aldik's Management Team

Larry Gold – President and CEO is a founding member of the American Flowers Importers Association (AFIA). He joined Aldik in 1975 after attending the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to his current position as CEO, Mr. Gold served as office manager, import manager, and president. Under Mr. Gold’s strong leadership, Aldik has grown to be the leader in the floral and home décor industry.

Mike Stadlberger – Executive VP of Merchandising brings extensive experience in sales, marketing and product development to Aldik. Following his education at Morningside College, Mr. Stadlberger served on the sales teams of Bristol Myers Clairol and Select Artificial Flower Company. Since joining Aldik in 1987 Mr. Stadlberger has served as Regional Sales Manager, VP of Marketing, and President.

Tim Turntine – Executive VP of Business Development brings considerable sales and silk flower industry experience. After attending Missouri University, Mr. Turntine launched his 25 year career in the silk flower industry. He joined Aldik in 1987 as Regional Sales Manager.

Ray King – VP National Sales brings extensive experience in sales, management and buyer experience to Aldik. Mr. King earned his degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin. He began in the retail industry as a buyer and moved on to distribution, division sales, store management and sales management. Mr. King joined Aldik in 2002.
